I don't know if this is related or not but after a while of playing LSPDFR I can't press LSPDFR keys anymore meaning I can't pull cars over (Shift no longer functions) I can't bring up the M key menu. However, UltimateBackup and Interaction+ and plugins function but when I get a call and accept it I have the police ring on the map just frozen there and the callout does not launch but If I open PoliceSmartMenu I can End the call. Can someone please help Ive never had these problems with 0.3 and I would play for hours and hours. Log File:

Been having a weird issue where GTA V would launch normally and LSPDFR would load my custom character and all that. I go to the station and go on duty as normal select an outfit and Im ready for patrol. However, none of the LSPDFR keys are functioning I can't pull people over, I can't bring up the menu key (M) I can't do anything related to LSPDFR. I can however use Ultimate Backup and Interaction+ and Stop the Ped I just can't receive any callouts or use LSPDFR controls at all, I tried forcing myself on duty via the command but I still can't use LSPDFR controls. Please help I literally can't play at all and tried everything. Cheers Edit: So after a few tinkering I realized that LSPDFR does not allow me to use its functions if I try to go on duty from any station other than the Downtown station. If i go on duty from the Downtown station I have to choose LSPD as my department if I choose for example BCSO it never gives me the confirmation message "You are now on duty," or whatever and I can't use LSPDFR functions or get the menu up (M key). This is a very weird bug/issue and I hope someone could help soon as its getting frustrating. Log file:

Finally found the solution, After hours and hours of speaking to Rockstar Support the solution was actually found by me. If anyone gets the same error simply use a VPN and choose a US server and the game will launch and so will Social Club then you can log in normally and you won't need to use a VPN anymore. I hope this helps anyone having the same problem as me also thanks @rabbit1988 for all your help, I greatly appreciate your effort and time.

Well I deleted GTA V, Uninstalled it and deleted everything and all files. Tried launching a freshly installed GTA V and got the same error. Honestly I have no idea whats going on and I chatted with Rockstar Support yesterday and did a bunch of stuff and to no avail they basically told me to reinstall the game and even after reinstalling its still not working! Heres the Social Club log:

I don't have it in my commandline.txt, I read somewhere else that I should delete my commandline.txt so I did and now its empty.

So I haven't played GTA V for a while now (3 months maybe more) anyway I was waiting on LSPDFR 0.4 to release and all that. So I just stopped playing and during that time I upgraded my computer and reinstalled windows and all that jazz. I didn't reinstall GTA V as I installed windows on a new hard drive but my old one still had STEAM and I simply rechecked file integrity and that was it. I never played it up till today, I decided to play and deleting all my old plugins and replacing them with the new ones and uninstalled LSPDFR 0.3 and installed 0.4 and everything was good. I launched the game via Ragehook and was met with this message: I searched everywhere for a fix, I tried resetting my router, I checked Windows firewall to see if GTA V was blocked (it wasn't) and everything else. I have over 780 hours on GTA V and I've never experienced this before and honestly is quite annoying that theres no answer anywhere. That being said could anyone help me please? I'm open to trying anything at this point Thank you!

I tried it out but for some reason i can't recruit a k-9. The dog spawns and everything but that's it, it just sits there. You know how to fix this maybe you ran into this problem before? cheers👍🏻

So I've been looking everywhere and I'm actually quite surprised that there isn't a proper k-9 mod. By proper I mean a dog that hops in the back, whilst giving you the option to have it stay in the car or release it after a suspect just like in GTA IV LCPDFR. All the mods when the dog chases after a suspect and bites him/her kills them and doesn't "disable" them like in LCPDFR. You'd think with proper animal mechanics we would have a great k-9 mod but no one has a dedicated k-9 mod yet. any idea as to why this is? it would be great to have a k-9 and have him search vehicles for narcotics and chase fast runners! I'm sure I'm not the only one lol

Yeah I found an option in the Audio Tab in the setting where I can turn off the radio for my vehicle only so its all good lol Thanks for the help and quick reply. Thats actually not a bad idea I might try that cheers I have Extended Native Trainer and I saw that option but I think it disables even ai cars radio so I didn't use it. I found an option in the settings where I turned off my cars radio so its all good. Thanks for the help

Yeah that turns the game silent lol. I wish there was a way we could shut down the radio of the police car only without turning off the whole game's music. Thanks tho bro

But doesn't changing the AudioNameHash of any Emergency vehicle force the normal GTA V radio to constantly play? I can't seem to shut it off with my ELS enabled cars. Do you know how to fix this by any chance?

So I've been searching for a while on how to change any police cars engine sound and I know its a simple switch of the <AudioNameHash> to whatever vehicle sound I want. Now whenever I do that I have the normal radio on whenever I enter said vehicle and can't seem to turn it off. Is there anyway I can edit a line in the vehicles.meta file to disable the radio on the car with the replaced audio hash? Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Yep it took me a few hours to make and research. These should be the correct fines/points you would receive in real life if you were stopped in Cali.

My Desktops case is a HAF full tower with like 5 fans haha, since everyone is saying its a temp problem Ill play the game and as soon as stuttering starts ill check the temp. If it is do you think I should buy some sort a water cooling system or an extra fan or something? I've never had this problem before. Ill turn off hyper-threading and test it and see. Ill check the temps the moment I get stuttering/lag (if I get it), btw I have Razor Cortex and Mz Ram Boost running in the background. screenshot of my system temps in idle

Whats the average temperature a graphics card should be running at? When I shut down my game I immediately start it again and poof stuttering is gone till another 2-3 hours and I get the same problem again. My graphics card drivers are up to date and the temperature is usually around 80 degrees Celsius
