    The problem you are having is that the slot you put the vehicle over doesn't use the proper sirensettings that that charger needs to use.

    The method used for setting up ELS will be just like IV along with support of the V defaulting lighting system, from a "modeler" standpoint ELS takes less time & work to setup compared to the default V police lighting system.

    I have those versions of the wheel as well via the mod shop & the hubcaps just didn't use them in the screenshots, as the default wheel on this model is the one with the black center.

    Lt.Caine reworked Carface's wheels for this model so you will need to ask him why.
