I think he mean dsound.dll. He have no other asi loader. But try xlive.dll instead of dsound.dll. Then reinstall this (link) and this (link) And read this (link).

Nearly the same thing... Edit the wtd. file in spark, there is a Button in the upper right corner called "Edit". After you done your work klick "Save and Close". Then Save and Rebuild, thats all.

Or install LCPD: FR 0.91 to your desktop, then put all files manually in your GTAIV main folder. ;)
