Due to a personal injury involving a fractured wrist the skin projects I'm working on have been put on hold indefinitely. jdm I will upload for you the 2012 Charger skin, what there is of it, when I am able to access my computer at home. Sorry guys, as soon as it heals I can't wait to resume work.

Could the coiled cord be done using texturing? Putting in transparent or uniform colored areas to simulate the coils, possibly with a normal map? Also, would you include a baseball cap with the standard cop shown? That would be great. Looks fantastic!

I'm having to do some.. creative editing with the Charger skin to get it to look right on the 2012 Charger, because of the recessed door panels it doesn't fit right. Gresham has no 2012 Chargers so I have no point of reference for what the livery would look like. Though, after a couple weeks of break due to family business I am working on it again. The Tahoe skin is pretty much complete, I'm just getting together a few different Tahoe templates so I can release a Tahoe skin for each of the major base Tahoe models. Which Tahoe model do you use in game btw? One of them is complete, but it's specifcally made for Cj24's Tahoe w/the Whelen Liberty. The problem is I can't find a decent handling line for it, the one made for it is no good, as the vehicle will flip if any acceleration is applied while turning. I've looked everywhere to no avail trying to find a CVPI with a wraparound rambar, Whelen Liberty and rear traffic advisor. Does anyone know of a model that fits this description? Also, looking for the same setup on an 06 Charger

Greetings everyone, I am releasing a skin for the Combat Shotgun based on the Hogue Less Lethal shotgun grips, real life pictured here - http://www.botachtactical.com/holeleshst.html In game: I am including two versions, one has the LESS LETHAL text on the stock, the other without. Reason being is that the skin is mirrored on one side, so the text is backwards on the side usually not seen in game, but I understand some people would not like this. However I stress, this side is, 90% of the time NOT shown, even in First Person view. Skins: Hogue w/LESS LETHAL text on stock - Hoge WITHOUT LTL text on stock - TO INSTALL THIS SKIN - Open weapons.img in the models folder with the GTA IV tool of your choice, I use SparkIV Open w_pumpshot.wtd for editing Replace e_tac_700 NOT e_tac_700_s with the skin of your choice Save/rebuild as required by your tool This mod is meant to be used in conjunction with the edited WeaponInfo.xml settings I have provided in this thread to modify your Combat Shotgun into a Less Lethal shotgun. I'd be happy to but I modded my weapons a long time ago and no longer have the default shotgun and I certainly do NOT feel like reinstalling GTAIV right now EDIT: Less Lethal skin released for Combat Shotgun in my Skin Release thread -

A mod I would like to see is one that allows you to place an m3u in the User Music files so it could be streamed when turning on Independence FM, that way you could just download the M3U file from say, radioreference.com.

Pretty cool stuff, just make sure you set the Bodyguard to combat in order for the dog to attack any hostile peds. It is pretty funny hearing the dog shout random homeless stuff "I aint going back to rehab!" It is a little dodgy using the Bodyguard feature to have the dog act as a police K9, but it gets the job done, granted I only tested this out for five minutes but it worked out well enough. I'm curious, since there are enough slots to add new weapons, if one could just copy the Unarmed slot and add to the physical force properties, then have the Bodyguard spawn with that added weapon? My question is whether or not SNT will allow you to spawn a ped with an added weapon slot

It's coming along, I've had some issues with my ISP the past few days so access to the reference photos I use was halted. This skin is looking pretty odd with the odd indentations of the doors on the 2012 Charger and GPD is moving to the Caprice AFAIK, so not only are there no reference points but there are none forth coming. I'll keep playing around with it. Thanks ninja but I'm not that creative when it comes to thinking up designs for (fictional) police agencies. I've forced myself to learn how to skin out of frustration for a lack of these agencies in my RP game. I'm working on a few police agency skins ATM that will keep me busy for the next couple weeks, but once I've released the Portland area skins I plan on, I will be open to suggestions.

Thanks! That would not be a problem, I will look into that. I have yet to download a 2012 Charger because I'm simply working on recreating the departments of my area at the moment, East Multnomah county, but I'd be happy to do that.

Greetings LCPDFR, today I will show you how to modify the game settings for your shotgun settings so that you can use it as a beanbag shotgun, since the LTL shotgun has been temporarily removed from LCPDFR. So while the team updates the weapon for the next release, you can use this instead. Now, this modification will turn your combat shotgun into a full time beanbag gun, so make sure to backup your WeaponInfo.xml before modifying it, especially since the LCPDFR beanbag is supposed to make a return. First, open WeaponInfo.xml and go to the line that says Now replace the next three lines with this Your shotgun will now deal 0 damage to the ped it's used on but will provide knock back on them.

No problem, I only did so as no one else was posting at the time, so it would not really be bumping, and to make it easier to read. I'll be sure to include everything in one post next time.

The first good K-9 Tahoe with a Whelen Liberty just happened to be EVI's fantastic Tahoe and I could not find a non-K9 version of the same model, nor could I find a newer model Tahoe that was a K-9 unit. This is quite minor in my opinion so I have accepted it even though in reality, the K9 and non K9 Tahoe's in Multnomah County are the opposite, K9 unit being the newer Tahoe and non K9 being the older Tahoe. Current WIP: Portland Metro East County Skin Pack! The Gresham Tahoe and Charger skins are finished, Portland skins are underway! It will feature both the new and old Portland graphics, for Tahoe, Charger and CVPI (If a new Caprice is ever released, I will also release each skin in a Caprice model.) Thanks Dhruv, the Touchmaster is based on the setup that several MCSO patrol cars feature, with Ultra HiLo being used in place of Hyper Yelp. I will release more Gresham PD skins for the Charger and Tahoe when I find the appropriate models I want for them.
