You use the automatic installer, it automaticly detects it as far as i remember. And of course LCPDFR will work, if you install it right.

You cannot get it from steam, you download it from this website, and it can be installed to steam version of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Are you running game still as an admin?

You don't go into the officer in 0.91. You press Alt + P and wait for callouts. If you'll get one, you'll respond by hitting Y. If you did check the "No callouts" in the installer, you aren't getting them, then you need to re-install the mod.

LC = NYC . NY uses it as far as i remember. idk.

IT is a bug, but devs made it so it's handled realisticly rather than just saying "lololol, game couldn't spawn the event". Try removing few ELS cars.

Try using dsound instead. Are you also running game as an admin?

Normal multiplayer for IV is the best one. And tbh, default cars are way better than the car mods.They atleast won't kill the game engine.

You press Alt + H when you're near the suspect and don't aim at him/her. You can't actually make them come inside any police stations. The screen will just fade out and he/she is gone.

We aren't currently recruting any alpha testers. And this begging isn't helping us.

And script modes are installed to the "EFLC" folder.
