It's a fifty-fifty. Okay... i don't think it's possible. I mean, it's possible to create stuff with the shadowmapper, but not importing custom models like that to create a mansion.

Patch your GTA IV to 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0 . I suggest 1.0.7.0 though. You can just patch right to it, no need to install other patches.

Run the game as an admin.... If the problem still occurs, run the diag tool and post the log here.
