the DLL file is the executable of LSPDFR, so this doesn't help. It's like saying I have an issue with WIndows. Yes, but what issue? What specific issue are you having? You only mentioned a crash in your second post. Does the crash happen before or after LSPDFR is loaded? Does stock GTA V still work after your changes?

LSPDFR is version dependent. It won't work on an old cracked copy. This isn't an artifical limitation on our part rather it is because LSPDFR depends on specific [memory patterns/features] that only exist in newer versions for advanced features. Unrelated sorry, but out of curosity, what tool are you pasting your messages from? "CheepCallouts" is causing your crash.

LSPDFR does not require or need Scripthook V, so your use case wouldn't be LSPDFR itself. That being said, there is an archived version of Scripthook V here. https://archive.org/details/script-hook-v-1.0.2845.0
