  1. So I uninstalled and reinstalled both ELS and the CHP Mega Pack and also installed a different vehicle mod pack that is compatible with ELS. That new pack is working perfectly fine so I'm guessing it's a problem with the CHP Pack. Anyone else run into similar problems?
  2. Yeah they're all in there (the xml files), in the ELS folder in the GTA V game directory.

  4. Hi Everyone, I'm new to the GTA modding community and recently installed LSPDFR and with it, the CHP Mega Pack and ELS. LSPDFR runs perfectly and the actual cars from the CHP Mega Pack all spawn in without issue. However, it seems that ELS is not working with any of the cars as only the siren noise and the brake lights flash whenever the sirens are activated. I've went into the els.ini files and made sure that the controller toggle was set to true (I'm using a controller) and I've also downloaded scripthookV. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the ASI programs in OpenIV and then restarted my PC multiple times but that doesn't seem to work either. I also deleted and re-downloaded both ELS and the CHP Mega Pack to make sure that all the files are in the correct place. I'm really lost here and would appreciate any help as everything I've found online doesn't seem to work. Thanks for any help!
