You haven't included any information that would help us troubleshoot your problem. e.g. what exactly happens, how far does it get before not working, does it crash or does LSPDFR just not work - and no RAGEPluginHook.log

This has nothing to do with RAGEPluginHook, as RPH has nothing to do with your mods folder. You would experience the same issue using GTA V without RPH. You will have to re-do your mods folder.

The latest GTA IV patch gets rid of the login screen there, so you can't be on that. Update to the latest patch then follow our downgrade guide. You can find our downgrade guide at the top of the LCPDFR download.

There's a few plugins that are hardcoded to check the version of RPH, and will refuse to work unless that requirement is met. For these, you'll have to wait until they've been updated to look for the new version. Apart from that, almost everything is working, including LSPDFR without any update. It looks like there is an incompatibility in the latest GTA V with RDE that will need to be addressed by the authors.

Switzerland has gun laws fairly similar to the US, and yet no where near the same numbers of gun related violence etc.
