  3. The PC you linked has no graphics card apart from the iGPU and will not run GTA V with any acceptable levels of performance. You are looking for a system that has dedicated graphics, either NVIDIA or AMD graphics. Based on your personal experience, you probably might do with a pre-built unless you would want to learn on how to build one yourself. You may be better looking for a system that is specifically tailored for gaming, maybe look into Dell Alienware or Corsair branded systems.
