  14. My suspicion is you are following something like the Discussions & Suggestions forum, which has a lot of threads created in it, which are later moved by moderation to the correct places. The notification has already been sent, and the software correctly adjusts the notification text to the new location. It looks like it lacks the ability/common sense to actually realize that the new notification contents don't meet your following content. I can report this upstream, but I wouldn't expect a quick fix. You may want to unfollow the Discussion & Suggestions forum. Edit: Yup, looking at the moderation history of these topics, they were moved out of the original location in which they were posted.

  19. I'm not seeing any error in your log file, apart from the ambient blips error, which is caught and handled by LSPDFR. Do you have a mods folder? Try disabling it by renaming it to _mods and trying again.
