Haha, I meant in the video, someone might run it and track you, its common to see the plates blurred out or blocked in videos (you never know) and I was talking about grille lights and whether they are legal or not

That's a nice setup, did you think about adding some grille lights (don't know if that's legal or not) BTW, if I were you, I would block out your license plate

I haven't played GTA IV in months (I tested a few of my mods out this week by playing for a few minutes) I am waiting for ELS 7.1 and hopefully it will be more stable than V7 and when I reinstall I will get LCPDFR 1.0 (I still get the "loader_loader" error) and hopefully it should work. Anyway, I really like ELS regardless the bugs, it adds so much realism to policing roleplay and it takes some realism away, I would try them out both and compare

Kids in my city as low as 6th grade - high school, are smoking and drinking heavily, they smoke weed and have dealers and they smoke cigarettes daily because they are easier to access and they are cheaper, when I was in eighth grade my friends all smoked and I did too, I think that its the kids decision if he wants to continue, I chose not to.
