Need I say more? The police officers were not called and were just doing patrol, I would have been worried if I saw a man laying on the street. He does remind me of Trevor a lot though

Vehicles explode too easily, the car handling is awful and so are the crash physics and some physics are less realistic, grenades blow up almost immediately after hitting the ground or anything (in GTA IV it took a few seconds) and there are too many cops when in a chase, (there are 20 units coming out of nowhere after you immediately get a wanted level) and they are all professional assassins. Rockstar improved and added some great things while making others far worse, I think the restaurants is what I most miss. They are were replaced by 247 (and they are even marked in the map, only on online). In GTA SA and IV I loved to go into the Burger Shots, Cluckin Bells, etc. Well, at least Rockstar didn't remove them completely.

So I just have to keep "enbseries.ini"?

I am currently using Game4video's ENB: http://www.gta4-mods...-enb-107-f17186 and I drop from 56-60 FPS to 10-8 FPS, I love the ELS effect and I love the reflections and I love the clouds, is there any way I can keep those effects without having lag and low FPS? I don't mind IV's graphics without an ENB but can someone tell me what files to keep for those those certain effects? Thanks BTW I plan on getting a new graphics card and processor soon. Someone would have to take it strait out of the game, Its easy to take the models and textures out of GTA V but its a bit trickier when converting it into GTA IV.
