The model is locked, you can't use it. There was an unlocked version released a few days ago, but it needs a lot of work. I suggest you just create a texture for it.

I was exited to use this model, but when I saw the amount of work that needed to be done, I abandoned ship.........good luck with the model OP

But in all seriousness, it's probably a dust build up, you can take it apart and clean it or use a compressed air can like said above, I got my PC back in 2010 and I haven't cleaned it since, thanks for reminding me Edit: I also have the whirring and overheating issue, gotta clean it soon
