Delete D3DX9_43.DLL from your game folder. Download and install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429 If that doesn't work, try this one: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=8109
