  8. So I have scrapped my old install and started again. LSPDFR and Captain14's 2 packs, replaced a few of the vehicles. Problem is the lighting is not working properly, as shown in the screens from steam below. Everything else works correctly. Obviously, this old timer has either done something wrong or is missing something. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance!
  9. need links to the vehicles
  10. So i installed LSPDFR, the latest version and it worked fine. Now I have installed the latest RDE as directed, but my game is crashing. This is the Rage report. I would appreciate some help sorting this out. I have no other scripts, vehicles, peds etc installed except what is needed for RDE.

  13. Is there a guide somewhere for creating the custom depts in the latest LSPDFR? If not can someone give a quick how to? Getting back into this after a long hiatus. My thanks in advance!

  16. Funny thing is we actually need that to make Facebook actually do anything about security. Maybe it will work! Hahaha nice to see some humor back here
  17. What Red said. I always check the meta to see if the SUVs are set to gresley when I install a new vehicle, for the exact reason you described. Sometimes the creators forget to fix that. If you dint have Notepad++ that's the best tool to use with openiv for editing these files, at least for your purposes.

  21. Over the years, its been clear that there are still plenty of people who do not know what the Street Appearance Package for the Crown Vic actually is. Here are some images that show exactly what a full package looks like, for the benefit of the community. The main differences verses your standard cvpi are the wheels, grill, and trim, its fairly common for the wheels to be used on regular cvpis by depts.
  22. I have to agree to this is very well done, your really put alot of time into this design.
  23. The short answer for mods regarding consoles is that it's basically impossible unless the devs do something like Bethesda did for Skyrim Legendary Edition. Mods cannot be implemented into console for the near future due to the constraints of console technology vs PC. PC is the only platform that may allow modders tools with which to create experiences like lcpdfr and lspdfr. As seen in what Bethesda did with TESLE, the only way they work on console is if the devs implement a device routed to server library of mods created first on pc. General rule of thumb as it stands for console for now.

  25. Yea I remember that. Actually happened a little too much honestly. I suppose it's a personal thing, as I prefer not to deal with stuff like that.
  26. I honestly, i referring to the vehicles regarding Toronto, before i realized it was a texture pack, but was too lazy to correct it. PS - dont mind the messed up formatting here....
  27. @Reddington well, as I assume you'd guess, its not my style, but it is original and does work together. Sort of like a mishmash of Toronto pd and Dodges with a special operation-ish/Merica! paint job, but it works somehow. @JasonB203 nicely done this is not the place to discuss this. make a forum topic or add to an existing one, but dont put it on the comments section of a download.
