So every time I try and use an FPIU (Explorer or whatever) when driving semi-fast they always flip over... I've tried different vehicle packs (that include FPIU ), put the FPIU in police, police2, or police3.. and all it does is flip. Some sedans even flip.. but not as often as SUV's. Is there a mod that can fix the handling? Am i doing something wrong?

Go into the vehicles.meta, find the meta entry for the Explorer (whatever slot you installed it into), and look for handlingid. Change this to gresley

If your Taurus is flipping, change the handling id to fugitive.

Where is the vehicles.meta located? All I do is move the 3 (sometimes 4) police files over... I've never really looked into the other folders.

Meta is located at mods / update / update / common / data / levels / gta 5.

What Red said. I always check the meta to see if the SUVs are set to gresley when I install a new vehicle, for the exact reason you described. Sometimes the creators forget to fix that. If you dint have Notepad++ that's the best tool to use with openiv for editing these files, at least for your purposes.
