2003 CVPI with an MX7000. Simple but still a nice vehicle. It has dual spotlights which are non-functioning for the time being. It also has a Setina PB200 Pushbar which is extra 2. 
 
Planned for this model:
1.Re-size spotlights and make them functioning. 
2. Make passenger side spotlight extra. 
3. Add some more equiptment if possible. 
4. Any requests.

-The SECL shouldn't overlap the PRML on the Raydian lightbars, but it just does for some reason.

This is an EMS-themed vehicle pack containing 7 default-type vehicles, remapped to accept custom decals and with some adjustments.
DESCRIPTION
− A vehicle pack featuring lore-friendly reworked default vehicles with an EMS theme.
− Currently features 7 vehicle models: Stanier, Fugitive, Granger, Rumpo, V450 Ambulance, Landstalker Ambulance, and Contender.
− Vehicles have matching lighting configurations and all have slicktop variations.
− A Granger variation includes lifeguard equipment and the Rumpo has some in-game vehicle "mods” available to it.
− Vehicles have multiple matching liveries.
NOTES
− If your game crashes on start up, you likely need to install a "gameconfig.xml" modification to increase the number of add-on vehicles your game can accept.
− Whenever modifying XML files, an appropriate text editor (such as Notepad++) is recommended.
− Since the vehicles included in this pack are add-ons, a trainer is required to spawn them using option to type-in the model name.
− Model names: AMBULANCE, AMBULANCE2, EMSCAR, LGUARD, EMSCAR2, EMSSUV, EMSVAN.
− Ambulance and Lifeguard models will replace default ones.
− Known issue: Odd glass collisions on Rumpo when window panels/covers are equipped.
− Known issue: Entry into the EMSVAN via the rear doors is glitched and more work is needed to resolve it.
INSTALLATION
− Always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files.
− To avoid the need to overwrite original game files, use the “mod” folder method provided by OpenIV.
− 1. Add the “lux_vpack_ems” folder (included in the download) to “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/” in your GTA V game directory.
− 2. Using OpenIV, extract the file “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml” to your desktop.
− 3. Open the file and add the following line at the end of it (just above </Paths>): <Item>dlcpacks:\lux_vpack_ems\</Item>
− 4. Save the file. This line will instruct to the game to load the vehicle pack along with all other game DLC.
− 5. Import the dlclist.xml file you just modified back into OpenIV, overwriting the original.
− 6. Close OpenIV.

Before you ask why I put this down as a re-upload, let me explain. Afew years back, KevinDV made an International Durastar Ambulance based off of the FDLC. It eventually disapered. and most of the links were broken. I finally went back in my files and found it. Now, I do not own anything on this ambulance. Whatever is inside the file should have been in the original. Please do not hate. I am just trying to bring back a very good quality model. Enjoy! I've created a Texas based DPS package for myself.
i really like to patrol as a DPS trooper in SA so i wanted to share this pack with you guys.

The San Andreas Department of Public Safety was instated by the state today the Department will be over seeing the San Andreas Highway Patrol as vehicles will be rebranded with the SA DPS markings for all Highway patrol vehicles in next few week

this pack only contains texture files for these vehicles you will have to download and install the textures manually foe help look to youtube. most texture contain more than one version a clean basic version off the texas dps markings, one with unit numbers and state trooper on the hood as well as the normal markings and a few have the state trooper reversed for clear visibility in the suspects rear view mirrors in a traffic stop.

Seattle Police Department CVPI Mini Pack 1.0:
Patrol Unit 31609:
The car features an almost entirely accurate setup to the real life unit 31609 of the West Precinct of SPD. Features extra spawning rifles in the gun rack, and handcuffs on the spotlight.
Slicktop Unit 89197:
This unit can range from a slicktop unit, to a DUI Squad vehicle, to an unmarked unit. Slicktop variant is based off of Unit 89197 of the East Precinct.

Addressing the LOD problem:
Some users seem to be seeing disappearing parts at short distances, while I am not experiencing this issue myself, I plan on updating the file with increased LOD distances on all parts. A way to cope with this issue until the file is updated is increasing the LOD high distance in your visualsettings.
 
Please do not message me with generic problems like the following:
1. my lights aren't bright!!1!11 XD LOLZ A. install radiance or edit your visualsettings bud 2. HOW DO I INSTALL IT? A. readthereadme.txt 3. HOW DOES YOUR GAME LOOK BETTER THAN MINE!!//?!?1?/ A. I use Project Reload with custom edited timecycles, it's quite simple to install and looks nice, try it out! 4. There are no wig wags? A. I use the emergency strobes plugin, it's nice.
