Vice City.... IMHO it is the most beautiful part of GTA. My first and favorite. I sleep and see HD version....  DLC for GTA V, mapmod, GTA VI.... In any way... The main thing to convey the atmosphere of the 1980s

Wow, this is really cool.  If you ever continue to flesh this out, the 1st Gen Stanier would be a good model to make textures for, it falls under that 90's era theme since its supposed to represent a 90's era Crown Vic.

Thanks for using my Boxville looks absolutely amazing with the VCPD livery, i'l make sure i upload my improved model (removed roof racks) today to make it look even better, it will still work with the skin

CVPI is not my favorite car... But I can do it. I think I begin from BCSO retro livery. You asking me "When?". +/- 5 days.

i have so much plans for making content (liveries, videos, screenshots)... But now only a couple of hours per one day, because I have real-life plans.

As someone who is FINALLY going to get a 64 bit gaming computer, I can say I'm okay with the work toil.

This pack has inspired me to make a GTA V 1995 pack thing, just like my 1980s pack on Crashfest 2008. I can't wait to start downloading.

All cars from 1990s? It's cool, but it will possible only after a couple of years, when more models will be available

Yep, that's the struggle. Most are either police cars, Eastern European/Asian cars with varying quality, supercars or addons. God, all I need is a site with a selection of what car the mod replaces.

Yes, I already made 5 departments for this model, only 3 left. I would't make livery from San Andreas, now I have many work with car packs(3 dlc with backup.xml and popgroups.ymt, 80s, 70s, 90s.). Maybe I'll do it later. In my plans make 4 addons for this carpack with NYSP, SFPD, VCPD, LVPD. But all except nysp will have lower priority because map mods not available now.

Yes i plan add this car, 5 agencies ready, 3 left,,, But so livery will drop out from order, Maybe i will do it after completing my current priorities:

1) Release 3 basic DLC (70s, 80s, 90s LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, SAHP) with backup.xml and popgroups.ymt (permissions already granted). (10% of work left, release after one-two weeks)

2)  First adddon (3 small DLC: 70s, 80s, 90s - NYSP, updated backup.xml

3) liveries for new cars from Lundy

4) 3 addons with VCPD, LVPD, SFPD (3 big or 9 small DLC: 70s, 80s, 90s), low priority unless maps available.
