Hello LSPDFR, I am back and Posting a huge brand new police pack for the community.  Hillsboro is a very small town within Hill county south of Dallas county, and with the time I did have
I was able to do more than what I was expecting but, when  I say it's huge it's huge, I just hope that you guys like!
More Hillsboro History
Hillsboro has alot of history that is worth to mention in this pack, Hillsboro was and has been the home of the Hill county Cort House, but back in 1993 right after New Years, the County Courthouse was completely
Gutted by a fire, and for the small county it was Catistrophic with out the basic funtions of the courthouse!  Hyperlink of 1993 Video from fire below

This is a modified 2008 Chevrolet Suburban to represent armored vehicles as used by the Secret Service. It has visible armor plating around the windows, bullet resistant glass and new beadlock wheels made by me. Comes with or without windshield wiper support (whatever you prefer, files for both are included). This is an add-on with working sirens. Non-ELS. Comes with full LOD models (and I don't just mean copy and pasted L0 meshes).

Hey guys,
Included in the mini pack is a 2008-2010 Tahoe and a 2010 F350. Both have four shitty liveries. Done by me. Edit them, swap them out, I don't care. Templates are included in download. Also included is an ELS Config file. I recommend using Warning lights W-08 Primary lights E-14 and Directional lights C-08 or R-14 but I am not your mom, so use whatever setup you enjoy. Feel free to use in a group or rp community. I would be honored, send me a message and let me know. I only have screenshots from OpenIV. My screenshot capture in-game is not currently working. If anyone wants to take some and send them to me.I will gladly add them in the screenshots.
 
I Appreciate any and all feedback and hope you enjoy. Please let me know if you run into any issues or problems and I can try to address and fix the issue(s).

I present to you Maine State Police FPIS and MSP Uniform.  I couldn't find any Maine State Police textures on this site, so I decided to create one and share with everyone who is interested.
 
Credit for creating the Taurus goes to Gump.
 
I only created the textures, please do not reupload this file anywhere without my permission.
 
Taurus Skin Installation:
1. Download the Taurus Model by Gump (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/14554-els2016-fpis-wwhelen-liberty/)
2. Use OpenIV and go to: GTA5/Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday12ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/police3.ytd (or wherever you installed it - I used the police3 slot)
3. Set OpenIV to Edit Mode
4. Open police3.ytd
5. Replace tau_sign_4 texture and delete the rest (deletion is optional and ensures other textures do not spawn)
6. Save and enjoy!
 
Ped Skin Installation:
1. Install EUP 7.4
2. Replace both .ytd files (starting with jbib and lowr) in this directory via OpenIV:
GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/eup_componentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_male_freemode_business
 
Trooper Hat Installation:
1. Install EUP 7.4
2. Replace p_head .ytd file in this directory via OpenIV:
GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/eup_componentpeds_p.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_p
 
Save and enjoy!

A series of Blaine County Sheriff skins, loosely based off Adams County in Colorado.
These liveries are at 4096x4096 (double) resolutions.
 
The pack comes with traffic, supervisor and patrol skins, and also some stealth skins for slicktop units.
 
I've been so busy I've decided to just release what I have done for the pack. I will update this when I have more free time. This is one of my favorite designs, and I want to make this a big back with lots of vehicles, but for now, this is what I have.

Also NOTE: Most 2015 chargers by Gump and Ablaze will work, they have the same template. Any Carper/BxBugs 2014 Charger will work. Any BxBugs CVPI will fit, and there is also a DSF CVPI set of skins as well. I'm not sure where Maurice's Tahoe went, but if you have it, there ya go.

This is a retexture for the BCSO deputies for EUP. These aren't really based off any particular department, but I made them standalone in case you didn't want to use them with my matching BCSO pack.
 
NOTE: I am releasing these as is, since there will be a huge update to EUP soon. I will come back and remake these when the update is released, but I will not be updating this pack.

**HEY! There is a typo in the readme, under the male shirtsleeve. You can just replace any of the jbib_004_?.ytd textures and it will work just fine.**

PS2: the prisguard model has both long and short sleeves. I think CPD only uses black long sleeves uniforms but I included the short sleeve options too, it looks cool.

This is my first skin pack so it is not the best but is the most accurate of the stuff out there

This is my first ped re-texture, and I wanted to share it. The patches are hard to place, so they might still be a little wonky.
 
Anyway, these textures add Paleto Bay officers to EUP. They are based off of Olanov's Tri-City officers specifically. I thought they went well with BxBugs' Paleto Bay liveries as well.
 
It adds a short sleeve for male and female, a long sleeve with tie for male and pants for both.
 
Please read the readme for installation instructions.
 
I've also included edits of the livery for BxBugs' CVPI and Charger and Gump's COBRA Tahoe.

This texture is designed after the KCSO liveries in King County Washington. This skin is the first skin in a large pack I am releasing soon.

This is loosely based off of Toronto EMS, there is a bonus file which has a green (instead of orange) color along with the one shown in the previews.
 
Finally got a computer that is able to handle GTA V again.. been away from doing liveries for quite a while. Hopefully I will be contributing more.

Before insalling it is recommended that you change your siren settings to 1 before you get
in game otherwise the model may not work properly. Once you get in game make sure you change

The skin is painted for the Los Santos Police Department. Follow the readme provided in the .rar and it should be fairly simple to use it in game.
Textures are 4K.

Brief Description 
Hello! I spent a good amount of time on this pack and thought that some members of the community could enjoy it. Rather then my work going to waste and sitting on a hard drive forever. This pack is based off of the Green Bay Metro Fire Department but there are a few differences.
