2003 CVPI MX7000 1.0.0

(6 reviews)

2 Screenshots

2003 CVPI with an MX7000. Simple but still a nice vehicle. It has dual spotlights which are non-functioning for the time being. It also has a Setina PB200 Pushbar which is extra 2.

Planned for this model:

1.Re-size spotlights and make them functioning.

2. Make passenger side spotlight extra.

3. Add some more equiptment if possible.

4. Any requests.

5. Add option for centercaps.

I like that it has the 'original' 03-04 Steel wheels.  These were the wheels that were recalled mid run for failing welds and why most that are still around have the 12 hole 16" steel wheels introduced late 2004-2005. I will have to add this in game as soon as it gets added into the big add on police vehicles pack. All my spots are full.

All I see that will make it perfect would be the ford Center caps.

Great job for your first model. If you need help on getting those spotlights to function correctly send me a PM.

Great Car!, but will you add the hubcaps to cover up the nuts?

Yes, I wanted to give it a used feel, thus the missing centercaps. I will probably add a version with centercaps. Also when Lundy releases his 2005 LASD CVPI, which has the 12 hole rims, I will also probably make a version with them too. Thank you for your feedback!

Yup. Adding a version with centercaps is on my list of things to do. I do not however have access to '03 hubcaps. If you want hubcaps then use the add-on ones created by OfficerFive0. They are in his WIP feed.

I did not make the skins, they were created by Illusionyary. Why were you wondering?

Hmm. That's strange. What slot do you have the vehicle in? And does it show the animation of your character getting in the car but the doors don't show, or are the doors just locked?

that could be it, i put it in a different slot (sheriff) character and prisoners still go thru the animation

That is strange. I will look into that for you. I will be home tomorrow and will let you know if I have the same problem. Thank you for making me aware of this.

This model looks wonderful and I cant wait to see what it develops into. One request is for black CVPI hubcaps. I've seen them on GTAIV models but none on GTAV. Anyways I wish you luck and cant wait to see what this turns into!

Thanks a ton! And I've never seen them before. Is there any chance you could send me a link to a GTA IV model with them?

Love the car as well. Having the same issue with the doors(stuck the vehicle in the police(1) slot). Also, the center of the car is not noticed ingame;wall barriers that is. I can just walk right through it. The engine area and truck area both a recognized ingame just not the center of the car. Not a big issue for me at all, just accidentlly noticed it running to my car from someone pulling off on me at a traffic stop.

All the issues being reported seem to be an issue with the base model, so I don't know if it is something I did wrong, or an issue with the base model itself. I will look into it. Thank you

This is exactly the type of cvpi I've been looking for to put my Sacramento County skin on, hopefully you'll figure out the door and collision box bugs?

Yea, I think I am going to re-do the whole model. Lundy has a slightly updated version of his MX7000, so I will probably include that, and some better equipment.

Awesome! I also noticed that the passenger spotlight handle is inside the side mirror, but if you're redoing it then no worries! Love the work you're doing, keep it up! :)

Thank you! Also, I'm not sure when I will get around to re-doing it because I am currently very busy with school and life, etc. but I will fix those issues hopefully. Thanks again
