  1. I was pretty impressed when I saw one of the random events where someone gets carjacked and when I caught up to him it triggered the ANPR as stolen.
  2. Yeah I was getting invalid username and password on the installation where it prompts me to enter login details to connect to LCPDFR.com. I assumed it was just overload or whatever and copied my API key from 0.95 to the new config, not sure if it will work.
  3. File called GCHQ.txt in /scripts. Got this in it: AWVLI QIQVT QOSQO ELGCV IIQWD LCUQE EOENN WWOAO LTDNU QTGAW TSMDO QTLAO QSDCH PQQIQ DQQTQ OOTUD BNIQH BHHTD UTEET FDUEA UMORE SQEQE MLTME TIREC LICAI QATUN QRALT ENEIN RKG Google revealed that GCHQ did a competition with who can crack it a while back: http://www.gchq.gov.uk/press_and_media/press_releases/Pages/GCHQ-code-cracking-challenge-reveals-UK-talent.aspx
  4. People who can install a program, press download and follow a tutorial ≠ hackers
  5. Are you on the admin account? Should just be right click on Grand Theft Auto IV folder, click properties, untick read only, and then click the button to apply it to all subfolders
  6. Do you have modified police officer peds?
  7. I think the RCMP clan use their own private models
  8. He didn't quote your post, he quoted someone with a different error. It's possible that you're not running the installer correctly. Are you sure that you are/have: -A legitimate copy of GTAIV -Running the installer as administrator by right clicking on it and clicking "run as administrator" -Unticked "read only" for the Grand Theft Auto IV folder and it's subfolders (right click, properties, untick read only)
  9. You really should make your own thread. hint: Read the sticky threads and knowledgebase before posting. OT: Yeah, I'd suggest switching to a different model and dropping the author a PM saying it's broken.
  10. I avoid it by going on duty with CTRL+P rather than going into the station
  11. On their forums it says they use this http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/hd-road-textures-f18269
  12. If you actually read the page you'd see my post explaining how to do so.
  13. What error is that? sorry for the late reply.
  14. Braveheart's?
  15. Just delete the following in your GTA IV folder: ELS folder ELS.asi ELS.ini
  16. It's odd that you can't enter the station because of that error. Try reinstalling LCPDFR.
  17. You could probably PM some of the people on the request thread, there's quite a few outstanding there.
  18. Sure, it's hard to determine the problem without some sort of error message, that's all. Let's check the basics: -You are using a legal copy of the game (Not a crack) -You are running version 1.0.7.0. -You correctly ran the LCPDFR installer as admin -You're running GTAIV as admin -Your GTAIV folders are not read only
  19. I use these settings - I think I got them from a post by Break in a similar thread. [ ENV LIGHTING ] Range_PRML = 140 Inten_PRML = 10 Range_SECL = 3 Inten_SECL = 7 Range_WRNL = 4 Inten_WRNL = 6 EnvMult_Morning = 0.1 EnvMult_Evening = 0.3 EnvMult_Night = 1.0
  20. Is there an error message?
  21. Ah, makes sense. Sorry if I came off a bit offensive.
