Papers, Please is a fun little indie game. There's also Payday 2 which is a nice FPS game that revolves around robbing banks and purchasing different weapons/skills to better equip your character. It's centered mostly around online gameplay but you can play alone or with the AI.

They're getting pissed off because you saying things like, "I'll lock the thread. Everyone seems to be very pissed off for some reason". You don't have the right to just accept only the answers you find pleasing and censor the ones you don't. Deal with everyone's opinions and attitudes equally whether you think they are helping you with your problem or not.

By default there is no radar gun device included in the LCPD:FR modification. However you can install the dash cam mod created by Sniper296 and with that comes a radar system that allows you  to set up speed traps and prevent dangerous drivers in Liberty City from causing harm to others on the road  . I believe he is asking if he can release something without getting in trouble from the company. 
Which while you are entirely correct in what you have said, to the OP, practically every mod on this site(aside from fictional models) has grounds to be removed/have legal action pursued from vehicle companies or police departments. 
 
I wouldn't worry about it, but if you are asking if you can copyright your mod, that cannot happen as stated above it really is not in the least bit yours.

What is there to think? Somebody has just broken Microsoft's terms and services on Xbox and for what? A half assed "mod" that it suppose to be like LCPD:FR?

More details, please. People will be more interested in helping the more information they have. A mod name isn't generally enough to go on - a short description is more effective, because it means anyone wanting to help is closer to being on the same page as you, and because it gives potential helpers an idea of what the project might entail from a technical perspective, so they can tell if their skills are similar to what you need.

Use Simple Native Trainer and it would be possible to change the voices your character model uses.
