I too have experienced the same problem with using my siren in multilayer. What I've done to get around this is just to use the Express Mode option with ELS so I can use different tones. There might be more practical solutions but this is just what I've come up with.

My faith in humanity is slowly being restored by people like this. Going around and giving some old sweatshirts and jackets that you may not even need any more but could benefit someone less fortunate is an amazing thing to do. Why let that kind of stuff sit in your house not being used when people are outside freezing? Good on him for doing that. Though most of us can't do things like give a homeless person a job and house, giving them a gift like a jacket to keep them warm at night is truly amazing. If everyone did simple things like this then we would live in a perfect world. Thank you for sharing.

Yea, the pack is by gfxle. I was sort of inspired by his textures and so I made my own. I plan to release them in the relative future. Any suggestions for me? -
If it is supposed to be a 2010 Crown Vic, why does it have the older grill on it? Seems a bit odd to me.

What did you do to allow the peds to hold weapons while they were using the animation? -

Rockstar's stance on modding is not in the best of shape. Since the Hot Coffee incident, which was triggered by a modder, Rockstar doesn't really mention modding on their website/social media, let alone the policing mod community. All in all, I don't blame them for being distraught over Hot Coffee because for them that was un-intended controversy shrouding the GTA series. Who knows though, maybe the incident actually helped sell more copies of the game, though it was banned in several countries around the world.

Like Inseri stated, I will not anticipate a PC release unitil Rockstar says themselves that there will be a PC release. There's no point in getting hyped up for something that doesn't exist yet. Before and after the release of the game for consoles, there have been these so called "clues" pointing towards a PC version being released. It's all just unneeded speculation. Though we like to think that Rockstar would be developing a PC port, they have not made any gesture for us to believe that.
