Wow Ridge, you've just made my year. Please, take all the time you need for this project. Don't rush it.

An update will most likely not be released to fix the little details with the uniforms, because I'm sure Rockstar doesn't see them as errors but rather they knew what they were making and had intended to keep them that way. However, with all the things that just don't add up regarding the law enforcement in the game, I'm just happy that they've payed more attention to detail. The uniforms look more improved compared to it's predecessor, GTA IV, with the fact that officers actually have rank patches on their arms, and they've actually done enough research to know how many different agencies actually operate in the LA area, that being the Highway Patrol, the Sheriff's Office, and the LSPD. There may be errors or inaccuracies present, but think, they've done way more with law enforcement than they have for any other previous GTA.

Last I've heard, Ridgerunner was the only one who was trying to make an Electra Glide bike, like the one you've shown in the pictures. That was a long time ago. Maybe you could ask him about the project via a private message?

Gucci Mane was banned for ripping and stealing models, that one you linked was one of those stolen works. If you want it unlocked, you're going to have to covert/scratch make one yourself. However, >here's the same model that was made by EVI.

Since all the states are made up of counties, each county has a sheriff's office/department that's main focus is to provide policing services all over the county. The sheriff's department is also responsible for enforcing the law in unincorpirated parts of the county, ex. mountainous and desert regions that do not contain towns or cities. If cities do not have a police force of their own, the sheriff is able to contract with the city for a price, much less than the cost of owning your own police department, and so the law is enforced by the sheriff's department in that city. To sum it up, anywhere there's not a police department to enforce laws inside of a county's jurisdiction, the sheriff's department steps in and controls that area. The sheriff's department is basically set-up the same as any police department, in terms of ranks and organization.
