For the most part, bright colors don't really blend well with police vehicles. May I suggest you use a darker blue or black? -

What do you mean "city"? Are you referring to Riverside county as a city? -
I can as well confirm this. I had spoken to Cj about a week ago and he said he'd be producing a pack with Taurus and Utility. No ETA for an release date from what he told me.
