I've seen hundreds of textures and uniforms made, and out of all the highway patrol and state police textures made I have never not once seen a West Virginia State Police vehicle texture or eup uniform. Really wish someone would make one

Over the summer the American Association for State Troopers (AAST) had an annual contest, best looking state cruiser. The most votes by the public for a specific vehicle wins. The West Virginia State Police won this year using their 2013 Ford Interceptor which just looks absolutely amazing. I'm no good at texturing and wouldn't even know where to begin. The point I was trying to make is torture is torture, and everyone is human. Its not fair if you consider the "torture" they talked about in the video bad, but the actual torture the government does is ok just because they are terrorists. Now with that being said, I fully support the CIA and how they got their information, and I do not consider putting ice on a kids hand to be torture.

So how does everyone think of the torture methods used by the CIA to gain info from terrorists?

This isnt a request but why does no one ever make blue on blue light bars for anything? Is it just me, because I can't find them anywhere and if I do I get really lucky. Most of the time its on a vehicle that I don't want, or the model look like crap.

I have used windows 8 for over a year now and the way I fix my computer looking like a smartphone is I click on the desktop icon. Problem solved, I can do anything and everything I have ever needed to do with out using the windows 8 start menu. I personally find it kind of handy sometimes, because if I were talking to a friend and were making plans for later and I wanted to check the weather I just pull up the start menu and click the weather icon which takes like 2 seconds. After using it for so long I prefer windows 8, and all my games old and new run perfectly fine. If its to old throw that sucker in compatibility mode for what ever operating system it needs and it will run just fine.
