It's normal about the fuzzy screen, in keyboard settings, P is for "toggle definition", just assign that to another non-used key.

Why people make more textures than models : - easier and faster than 3D modeling - free : zmodeler2 is a paid software - permissions : sometimes, people don't want to share/unlock and so we can't tweak a model - textures can be appliable to a lot of same model (example : almost all CVPI models share the same template) - there are billion of CVPI, Charger, etc... unless the new one is unique, it's pretty useless to do one more with same stuff

About crashes, it can happen, following scripts and mods people have. Some people (like me) don't have any crash at all, some others have a lot of crashes. I see you are using high-poly cars, and ELS. Which version of ELS ? If 6, update to 7. If 7, read the several topics about its configuration. If it continues to crash, paste diagnostic report again, and the ".log" files from the game folder. Try to remove the modded cars and see if it still crash. About Traffic Flow, let me see your ini. And did you put it in "scripts folder" ? I have to say that Traffic Flow make my game slower sometimes, plus it only have 20 cars (but you can add several traffic flow files). I prefer to use Chikmaru Real Traffic, or sometimes Traffic Load. With Chikmaru's, reduce the traffic density a lot or you'll have big jams.

Please post diagnostic report again, and check if you have remove the read only and if you launch the game (and the lcpdfr installer) as admin.

I tried this a long time ago , deleting the entire line worked for the horn, but not for the gunshots. It worked for you ?

Maybe a texture loss problem. Try to reduce graphics settings significantly, just to test.

I tried this too, with the help of the existing "no fear peds" mods on gta4mods and here, but no success. If you find how to do it, I'll send you cookies. EDIT : one of those mods use shockingevents.dat + peds.ide, if it helps.

I had this bug too, a "long" time ago. Sometimes, entering/exiting a building solve the problem. It didn't work with car doors though, only buildings/houses/shops/etc... Edit : if you have modded character's clothes or skin or whatever, check if it's not corrupted.

Import the images (png files) into the correct wtd file (if the skin is for a cvpi and your cvpi is police2, then it's in police2.wtd). You'll need SparkIV or OpenIV, click on the "Free Tools" link of my signature.

A clean GTA with only LCPDFR. I hope you made backups. It happens sometimes for me too, I just hit F12, and transport arrives. But don't spam it because it'll load a lot of backup lol and you'll lag.
