Well, it's not really about GTA IV Tweaking. ------------- But I can list some of them : * Windows : - Lightworks (free limited version) - Blender (free, 3D modeling software with video editing features) - EZvid (free) - VLMC (free, VLC for video editing, beta) - MovieMaker (free, not powerful, but can be enough) - Premiere Pro or Vegas Pro (paid softwares if you can afford it) * Linux : - KDEnlive (free) - Cinelerra (free) - Openshot (free) The problem is that Windows is really lacking of good free video editors. Linux have excellent free softwares, KDEnlive is wonderful. If I didn't have my old Premiere CS4, I would use my Linux computers to do that.

1 - Don't use a pirated copy of the game, 2 - Install GTAIV patch 7 or EFLC patch 2, 3 - Untick "read only" on main game folder, 4 - Run LCPDFR installer as admin, 5 - Check that you have required components, 6 - Finish install and run the game as admin. 7 - If you have issues, read the Support Section & Read-First Memo. 8 - If you still have issues, use Diagnostic Tool and post the report. And as TheLoot said, your first issue is known to be caused by mouse sensitivity setting.

I agree with cp702, some free antivirus are really good, MSE for example. And yeah be careful with cleaning softwares. Also free alternatives like Ccleaner or Glary are good enough. To avoid viruses, it's more simple than that, and it's free : - always check that your OS & softwares are up-to-date, same thing for web plugins - don't download cracked softwares, even on well-known websites, if you don't have money use free alternatives - always download a software on his official website, not on crap sites like softonic and his fracking toolbars - never accept the downloading of a file, especially exe and pdf for example, if you've never asked for it - I know that this one is difficult to do, but avoid porn websites too, get a girlfriend or use your imagination - etc... well, to be clear, be reasonnable on the internetz. I see a lot of f*cked-up systems that I have to fix everyday, even if the guy had the most expensive antivirus, only because he doesn't know how to keep a PC clean and stable. Some people should pass an exam like driver license in order to use a computer -_-'

There are several other topics about ELS7 (or related) issues, check them, maybe you'll find an answer. Yeah, some errors are PEBKAC, but I tried on a pure clean GTA IV with only 1 car and ELS7, nothing else, everything installed correctly, and still have random crashes, so...

Yes, it's the main reason, but I have this error too with ELS7 sometimes, and I don't have saved cars. Some people are in the same case btw.

If you are using LtCaine pack, install the dedicated VCF files instead of using default config. Don't know if it'll solve your issue, but anyway you should do it ^^

Ok, it happens, converting 3D models can be risky sometimes ^^ I think that you have some parameters to assign and some modifications (hierarchy, etc...) to do. There are a few tutorial videos on youtube, but not in english, anyway even without the sound I guess it's understandable.

I assume that you have zmodeler if you say "zModeler is a pain in the ass". So, you can export to a 3DS compatible format from zmodeler. File -> Export -> Select "3ds" or whatever you want.

A bit off-topic : as DrDetroit said, don't attach those files. Just paste the content in a spoiler tag. PDF and DOCX files can be infected files, some malwares/spywares/whateverwares are shared by PDF and (more rarely) DOCX. And on the internet, a lot of people (including me) don't trust those kind of files when we are not sure about the source. If you want help, do what he said about that.
