I have a similar problem with nstockade and pstockade. Models I'm using are Yankee ambulance and MTL midmount ladder. The vehicles glitch out and float up in the air and have no wheels, the game usually crashes in a few minutes. I don't use LCPDFR or any similar mods.

Alderney uses state police, so their separate from LC and different jurisdiction. It might be that they use SWAT or something else.

I'm sure most people can at least add lettering and basic symbols/emblems. It's not hard to plot, move and resize. Making stripes, reflective stripes, complex signs and angled lines are difficult for many people, as myself. I try to stay away from those things.

If the design you want is so simple, why not make it yourself?

On the video showing the working rotators, there is a strange thing. A sniper rifle is used to zoom in on the lights. Why not take a close up shot without the need for long range zoom? IMO, I would have been next to the car.

I got the textures on CVPI to work.

I have put the Yankee ambulance in nstockade and the MTL midmount laddertruck in pstockade. When I spawn them they have no wheels, get stuck, float up in mid air and can't be destroyed. A few minutes later the game will crash. I'm sure the crashes are to do with the glitched vehicles. I'm sure I replaced the vehicle ides in pstockade with firetruk, but not sure with nstockade. Before I changed the vehicle ides, the Yankee ambulance worked fine in the same slot and the laddertruck worked fine under a different slot. Could the vehicles ides be the problem? Another problem: I imported custom made CVPI textures into the CVPI ELS-H MX 7000, but it didn't work. It didn't replace the RCMP textures I had put in from before.

THANKS A BUNCH! I want to know what types of licence plates should be used. Some use a standard state licence, others use department plates. I'm not sure I'm explaining this right...

I need ideas for fictional licence plates. For police, some designs I think I have seen are: LCPD with an US flag as the back ground or some numbers. For ems, I can't remember. Are there even ambulances that have licence plate option? I only know of 1 model. A vanilla modded ELS-enabled model. If you can, please post reference pics.

I remember in Vice City, the paramedics would arrive on scene, park and knock down a person. Once they finished with the original victims, they would walk around the ambulance, trying to get to the victim. The victim would then die and the ambulance would drive off. Also emergency vehicles would never back up if they were stuck, they just keep driving forward. Eventually the car would catch fire and explode.
