No. The wail is slightly different, however the yelp is that of the Smartsiren. CVPI=Smartsiren Tahoe= Fedsig Delta or Mastercom B? In my local PD they use Smartsirens on CVPI's and Fedsig Delta siren on Tahoe's.

And I would need HQ symbols and other decals so I can add them in. I have made a few skins for personal use. I could send you some of my work....

I am not a modeler. FYI, you should be clear on whether you want the texture and/or the CVPI model. Thats a very simple black n' white texture. No badge/shield symbol?
