No one uses the default vehicles. they all use ELS enabled. Why use the default? They are low quality and are non-ELS.

I am half Filipino. Lucky my family is not in the disaster area. In Tacloban, about half the police did not show up for duty. One story was about a cop. The only thing he only could save was his gun, he also said he needed clothes. He had lost some of his clothes.

I think the fee only refers to the property of the houses/businesses. It could be for insurance purposes. I think its mainly for fires, not other emergencies.

I saw this bumper sticker which said "I sadly say the police are the worst group of terrorists." or something along those lines. BTW: this is coming from Canada. How could anyone think that... If you read the article, it says they will prevent the fire from spreading to near by houses and protect forests. I agree, I never heard of having to pay a fee. I always thought funding came from the town/county/district. I wonder if system is used else where...?

Firefighters won't put out fires on property, whose owners don't pay the fee. However they will still rescue people on those properties. Can this be done, yes or no. Any thoughts?
