Open the program SparksIV. Go down to cdimages(its at the bottom), double click, then click on componetped.img. Go down to m_y_cop.wtd. Open it up(click edit) and replace the uppr_diff_002_a_uni. Make sure to save it. Now your done. I hope I explained it fully.

I re textured the fire hydrant to a red/white color, then imported it back and replaced the original one. However it didn't work. They are still grey. I can't remember if I did just red or red/white. It looks like mostly red and part white/grey? Has anyone else thought of doing this?

Well, there is the advanced MG, assault SMG, pistol .44, gold SMG etc...

Would it be possible to add slots to the default weapon list? Like pistol2.wdr etc... Could I also do the same to the weapon.ivaud? How about adding some weapons from the EFLC? I know some copied some vehicle slots and added them to GTA4

I'm not sure, but I think you have to edit some game file. I think you can change car color, spawn locations(traffic) and even put cars like the FIB Buffalo to spawn in regular traffic, patrolling around. You can also do this to peds, I think. Someone else will have the name and location of the file.

I once tried to use Print Screen, but it didn't seem to work. Plus it takes a lot of time for each pic. I don't use iCEnhancer. It has nothing to do with it I recommend Fraps. Some times just loitering around some cops and specially firemen, they will combat you. At the fire HQ, the firemen always fight me if I get to close. On another note: there is a shotgun spawn in the Vespucci PD station. Its just lying on the ground, another point to add to the lawsuit, as well as many other guns, some which are in plain view. They could remove the weapons, which will reduced crime. Oops, you were taking about LCPD... LSPD could also be used in the same context.
