  1. When the driver is out of the car, and you did everything u wanted, u can go and issue him a warning or a citation, and he will get into his car and drive off.
  2. I never said all french cars are old, but I have a feeling their are more old cars. In germany, only the riot police and some small departments still have those in the picture, most are new
  3. In think in the southern european countries rotators are still more common than LEDs...maybe thats a money question aswell and these cars just arent renewed
  4. I talked about cars like that... When I am in France (besides the highways) i only see these ones, basically all whites^^
  5. Windows Updates are probably the worst enemie in the IT world
  6. Yes, the new Design is nice. I think this one is the van-think you talked about, these has been standart in my state before the blue-yellow ones (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d5/Polizeiauto_Dresden.jpg) But germany has another weird thing... Like 10 years ago they decided to switch up colors from green-white to blue-silver. Because they said they want police cars in europe have a similar color (haha, more or less). But there are still new (!) green cars on the german street wich does not make sense at all...but ok...e.g. this http://i.auto-bild.de/ir_img/1/2/0/4/3/6/4/BMW-X3-xDrive20d-als-Polizeiauto-1200x800-e7c255135f8ff407.jpg About marking: I never understood why police cars are as marked as possible. I mean, there are only 2 possibilities: They shouldnt be seen, then use zivil cars, or they should be seen by everybody, use as much marking as possible..
  7. @S0berDrunk and I started a discussion about police car design and I decided to transfer it to the forum. """" Yeah thats true, I´m not that big of a fan of the cars used. Most of them are Volkswagon and look like minivans. Doesnt look that bad but I never quite understood. """" Where I live, the police had mostly these standart green-white minivanstyle VW cars. In the last years they changed up a little bit. In germany this stuff is in the hands of the single (16) states so you will meet different models and designs depending on where you go. Here, they replaced the cars with newer VW passat station wagons. I personally like the new designs because they just look more "modern" and have a higher visability. https://c1.staticflickr.com/9/8570/16090566002_b0345c14ee_b.jpg
  8. I guess every police car design is better than the german or france ones because they are just sooo...basic...^^
  9. I know. I talked to him earlier this day about making textures. I didnt knew this would cause so much discussion, I just wanted some comments on how I can improve. But I want this to get clearified now, so @Carperino is now notified, if he has a problem with it I will take it out no problem
  10. Yeah in first place i read the wrong think, because the first part of your comment sounded like it. I am sorry.
  11. I wrote it 3 times that the texture is based on the original skin by Carper and I only did small modifikations on it because I am an absolute beginner. So why do you say its "stolen"? I think gave proper credit for it.

A texture for Carpers Charger wich turns it into a Blaine County Sheriff Department Traffic Unit with some aditional markings for better visability during traffic stops and traffic advising! This is my first ever attempt for working with vehicle skins and picture editing. I am completly new to this but it seems to be fun to do stuff like that. This is pretty basic stuff, I know its not the greatest and there is lots of room for improvement but I like it because it matches the vehicle and LSPDFR quite well and I haven't found something similar. If you have any comments/thoughts please tell me! Car: The original texture, wich this one is based on, was created by Carper/Fartknockr. For more info, check out the link.
  12. I am completly new to picture editing and I dont think I am very talented when it comes to stuff like that, but I started playing around with the texture of Carper(ino)s new Charger. I came up with the idea to make a Traffic Unit skin for it because it maches very well with the lights and I asked in the forum if anyone knows if there is already something out like that and noone replied. So I started with some really basic stuff and its definitly not the greatest, but I personally like it...So my question now is, does anybody have a tipp what I can do turn this into a "Traffic Unit" while keeping the original skin design? I couldnt find much about in the internet and due to the fact that I am german I cant use real life experience :D Unfortunatly, there is alsonot much space on the back of the car for additional marking etc. So pls tell me your thoughts about that and what u think i can do, what I can improve or if u have other important tipps when it comes to textures!
  13. Everything correctly installed? Try launch it in admin mode.
  14. Its importent that you are convinced that your stuff is interesting. Theres nothing worse than a content creater who sees his stuff as "job" he has to do^^
  15. The Idea behind this is pretty nice, but if u want to do it in a TV docu style, u should use gameplay that is as realistic as possible and not just blow through the city without stops and stuff like that.
  21. Eben, es gibt ja eine Taschenlampe in GTA V, dafür braucht man keinen zusätzlichen Mod. Ist unter Nahkampfwaffen zu finden.
  22. I have already seen a topic about this problem wich got closed today, but due to the fact that the RPH-Forum is mostly dead (I also posted it there) it would be great if we can discuss this here because it seems this is a Problem for many people. Yesterday, I had a working modded GTA V installation with RPH 0.36 and LSPDFR 0.3. Today, I decided to reinstall mods and everything to update the plugins, cars, ... So I put all my stuff back in and the newest version of LSPDFR (and ofc everything else is up to date). When I try to launch RPH now, its telling me "Unsupported Game Version. Install 617...". Problem here: I am on the newest Version of GTA, and yesterday RPH 0.36 worked fine, so does anybody have an idea whats the problem with this? I have already tried to put 0.3 back in but it is still the same issue.
