Ok you can config the lights reflections in default_config in ELS folder.

Do you mean the lights reflections or the color of the lights on the lightbar?

Yes there is it says common...ELS...and other stuff...it should be there

You need to go to ELS folder then default-config and turn everthing on...if that doesn't work I don't know.

I think you can do all this with Simple native trainer but I'm not sure how. Try this when you spawn a car that is in crash save it so it will stay there.
