Ineseri, Bracer50 just joined a day ago, but idk what he is talking about.

So today I decided (randomly) that I would try and make the K-9 dog say K-9 on the sides of the dog and maybe put some reflective strips on the dog (ANSI Vest) But for some reason the texture only has one side and the computer will render that on both sides of the dog ? Is there anyway to fix that ? If not I guess its best to stick with no text on the dog unfortunately. Other than that it is a really good script ! Hey guys its me sheg ! Just wanted to ask everyone since I recently just purchased a Radeon HD 7770 1GB DDR5 Graphics card, what are the best settings shall I use with bandicam to get the highest frames and quality when recording. Whitout recording i get about 30 frames. But when I record it drops down to like 17 frames which is excpected but I have all my recordign settigns on default. So I am wondering is there anything I can do now to boost up my frames ! Thanks for the help Below is a screenshot of the current video settings I have now

Now since LCPDFR 1.0 has just come out (amen) I have noticied that LCPDFR 1.0 does alot (or all) that VDHPoliceHelper does, like Check Pedestrian ID's and etc, but now that lcpdfr includes these features. What is vdhpolice helper (the developers) going to make now to convince users to use their amazing scripts? Thanks LCPDFR and VDHPOLICE HELPER !

File size differs, as for every photo, you cant find the texture file by file size, look at the title of the texture as others have recommended you to do so. I am looking at a model of a car that is in the modpack for (the clan i am in ), and the title of the photo is gta_glasswindow2. Remember not all vehicles (as far as i know) have this texture. There is a screenshot below to show you an example of this.

yes its a texture file that most of the time is just a blank png that is 100 percent opacity. Every vehicle model is different so you need to look. Not all vehicle models have this texture "public" to where you can edit it to make tinted windows. I recommend 85 percent opacity when tinting windows !

As I am being taught in the Emergency Medical Technician course, and motor vehicle is a lethal weapon. Also the two patients that were hit in the red car that ran away to that corner should have been treated by an ambulance, (which wasn't shown in the video) The cops should have definitely started to immobilize their spines by holding theirs head (Holding Cervical Immobilization) because that T-Bone collision can do alot onto your spine, since your spine isn't designed to hyperexetend laterally. (Side to side) For every car accident there are three collisions. The first is the vehicle hitting the other car or object (like a tree, person, wall, telephone pole) the Second is the Patient inside the vehicle hitting the inside of the car (the dashboard, the seat infront of them if they are sitting in the back) And the third collision is the Organs inside your body hitting each other inside the body. Like the brain hitting the inside of your head. But were the cops in the right to shoot the suspect, I dont have an opinion because I wasn't on the ground so I didn't see and hear everything that happened. !

Sgt. Kanyo's handling lines are really good, I have used them before. But Remember they are realistic handling lines so if your expecting to do like 120 mph around a 90 degree turn without rolling over, thats never going to happen.

IF you are trying to (from what i understand) to make a ELS light that is behind a tinted window to go through. The only way I know of is to make the window tint texture a png with a opacity of no more then like 75-80 and the opacity will let the light go through. If you want your windows 100 percent tinted I cant help you with that sorry ! Good luck ! If i helped you like this comment please ! And post a screenshot if you get it working !

Unless you are willing to crack Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (Which i recommend you don't since its illegal) This is the closest and the best thing you can get. 100 percent free ! (I believe its open-source like linux is) http://www.gimp.org/ Ohh an IDK if it is compatible with windows 8, i don't think that should be an issue. I believe the reason why this is happening is you are recording @ a resolution that is a 4:3 ratio not a 16:9 ratio. So when you insert a 4:3 video in a 16:9 video "box" if you will. That will show the black bars on the sides. You could always stretch the video from a ration of 4:3 to 16:9, but then it would look disproportional and more pixelated. So I personally would leave it the way it is ! Like my comment if this helps !!
