I only said "loosely based" because I added a lot of stuff to the texture to make it my own. Like the "reflectors, the top-of-car color like you said, and placement of unit numbers, etc. And I have made the crime stoppers decal my own as well, but not in as much detail as your Liberty County one. I'll have to look into that. I also keep using the same font throughout the texture because I like it ;) -

Never really got into "EMS/Fire modding", but this is outstanding. Great job! -
