It's depressing. Most of them aren't UN-designated refugees either, there are a lot of economic migrants that pour into the country without asylum because they are more or less free to be wherever in the country while awaiting their asylum approval. We don't have enough police to deport the persons whose asylum has been declined, let alone enough police that can patrol the ghettos/no-go zones that the migrants create. GTA IV's story mode has only one police force, while it is true that Alderney is its own state in the game, it is still policed by the LCPD due to game limitations.

Immersion - for people who don't want the Sheriff's department responding to a pursuit on the highway, when they know that the Highway (state) Patrol has jurisdiction on highways. However, I personally never call for State Patrol unless I'm using Realism Dispatch Enhanced, as that mod actually includes proper SAHP cars and helicopters.

It'll run okay. I'd get a better CPU, however. Remember that it's always better and cheaper to build your own instead of buying pre-builts.

Hi. The 'X' button on my keyboard seems to force a random callout every time I press it. I'm not sure if this is part of LSPDFR or any of my plugins (see list below), but is there any way to disable the button's functionality? I tend to over-use it, which ruins the immersion. I don't think there is one, however you could make one yourself, though it would take a while. In x64/audio/sfx/POLICE_SCANNER you'll find a file called 01_streets.awc, which contains an audio clip for each street that the police dispatcher uses. Actually, I found a mod which allegedly adds 99% of all streets to the LSPDFR police scanner, and those files all have the street names in the file names, which should make it easier to list all of them.
