Probably not, use PoliceHelper, it's much faster.

Is your ambulance model modded? Or is it ELS-enabled? When the model is modded it takes a little longer for the game to load the model, and sometimes it doesn't load at all. Try PoliceHelper, it's usually a lot faster.

Hello. I am having a slight problem with my Origin account, I can't change my e-mail adress (or anything in there) because I haven't verified my current e-mail adress. The problem is, that my current e-mail adress isn't active, and can't be accessed. EA Support won't help me because they can't verify my identity and I can't answer my security question either. What should I do? Can I create a new account and transfer my games over to the new one? Or do I have to buy them again?
