Congrats you let Carper know about a website that many others besides him knows about... But I can assure you that Gump is in no way a liar. Never has and never will. Honesty Gump is one of or actually the most professional and mature modeler on here. Never has he gotten in trouble or lie on purpose. Why would he do this now and ruin such? Hell the source messaged Gump about wanting a Charger made after his department saying he was in it. He proceeded to make such while communicating with this person trying to get everything pieced together to ensure quality for this person and others on this website. Both him and other people loved the model. Then you come on here calling him a liar out of the blue just because he got his information from someone who said he was with Bowman PD and provided us information that was legitimate about their fleet. You sir are the biggest asshole in the history of LCPDFR that you'll get your ass hurt by someone who trusted a source and made a Charger per request and to provide to this community in which everybody was happy except you. Honestly... we're just being blunt and honest. If you think that's bullying, then you must live somewhere that allows liberal participation trophies. Now I do think the "Stop uploading content" is excessive. Though It's annoying, useless, and anyone can make it. The website could use more creative downloads then just like said a simple colored texture... with a bracket. @JaiTheGamer58 Frankly you just need to halt and look around on the forums and youtube for how to make a livery than a simple texture that occupies the website of more creative downloads. Anyone can make what you're doing and like said "Congrats you can make a simple colored skin by using the paint bucket and add plate brackets in 30 seconds". Hell when I first skinned I at least had something. It looked stupid as hell but it was a start. Then I improved by basing it on something. Please just start a topic for your work and let people comment to help you out and recommend some information on how to make skins and what you could do to improve. Frankly simple colored crap that a 5 year old can do is annoying for many to see occupy useful mods and just shows you're not creative or willing to actually do anything. It's a modeling error on my end. Import a stock GTA car such as police2. Then move everything (I mean everything like LODs, COLs, dummies, and etc) up matching with the stock vehicle. This should fix that error.
