  1. Ever time I try to make ped skins, I have a problem where words, patches, stripes, etc. get distorted and look messy. Does anyone know how to make the skins so that everything appears neat and straight?
  2. Tried that with no luck. UPDATE: Solution - if you have the program Nvidia Geforce Experience, the latest update cause the game to not work properly. Uninstall and game runs like new.
  3. So after the install of every one of my mods, I got a d3d9.dll error. I fixed the error, but now when I get in game, every texture is black. This includes the player, weapons, scenery, everything. The game doesn't crash, though. I can see the HUD and the yellow save game marker, as well as the cellphone. All the audio works, and I can move around. Anyone know a fix?
  4. If you can fix the mirrors, this will literally be perfect.
  5. We all know about the Area Livery Mod, where you can select which liveries a unit can use where. But what about a mod where you can choose which VEHICLES spawn where. For example, my game includes LAPD vehicles in Police and Police2. I also have CHP vehicles in FBI and Noose. With a mod that works like this, the user would be able to select the FBI and Noose units to patrol like Police and Police2 do in one area, to make the game more realistic. Does anybody know how to make a script like this?
  6. Ok, thanks for the advice.
  7. THIS POST IS NOT INTENDED FOR CLAN RECRUITMENT I am looking to make a policing clan when GTA V is released. If it is possible, does anyone know if I can register or trademark the name that I am going to use so that nobody else can take it?
  8. Haha amazing siren! Off topic but what is your handling line for that cvpi?
  9. This may be a common question for many people. How do you make great looking, realistic vehicle textures. Personally, i use photoshop cs6 and can make some simple textures or edit others, but i want to know how to make a great texture from scratch, or make one based off of a police department. Which programs are the best to use? How do you get everything to line up PERFECTLY? How do you get the correct fonts? Is it just time and practice to make good textures? I really just want to master the art of texturing. Also, any tips for making a texture for the cruiser shown? Thx all.
  10. These are poorly made. All the lines are squiggly, the colors are way too bright, and the patches are poor quality.
  11. This is actually one of the better Airport Security i have ever seen. Great Job!
  12. The style is interesting...but I like it. Like Reibu said, its a little boring. For the follow-up, try department logos, bigger fonts, maybe some more stripes? When I'm texturing, sometimes I place the bottom of the letters slightly on top of the stripe to give it a slick/blending feel. Overall, not too bad. 7 out of 10.
  13. Hi. On my cvpi, unless my player is within 20 feet of the car, the textures, wheels, lightbar, and other exterior objects wont load. This is the second cvpi this has happened with, and it is fine in other slots.
  14. Ok, but thats not exactly what i meant. I want the sirens to be enabled and have other vehicles pull over.
  15. Recently, i have added a police car to a non-police slot. I know how to enable ELS for the car, but is it possible to enable sirens and how?
  16. Images added to a gallery album owned by HBengtson in GTA V Galleries
