Hey guys Im wanting to make a uniform texture for my trooper but i cant find any tutorials on it. Could someone direct me to a tutorial or help me out please? :)

hmmm im not real familiar with steam i dont like buying then downloading does anyone else know the problem?

Sometimes you sa.exe has to be changed from a european version to a US version that was my problem

A wig wag is connected by a wire basically, you can flip the high beams on and make them alternate or hook em to a switch but to get a real bright effect they put a hideaway LED on the headlight mirror and flash like that but yea the high beam can alternate

I would google a downgrade patch for the steam version cuz from what i heard its a little different but i would just google GTA san andreas downgrade patch for steam or something and then google CLEO 4 and download that and then you can start adding mods

yea pretty much more frequently with modded cars

as of now the only GTA 4 paramedic mod is the ppm one. There is one thats being made and is postied up on GPM but unsure if he has stopped workin on it or not

on PPM the headlights flash nice and and bright about the only good thing that comes from PPM lol but no i dont think you can

lol your answer is as good as mine lol i think the longest gameplay i got out of it was like 25 minutes and thats cuz i didnt go on any calls but the car accident and then that crashed so i said screw it back to gta 4 lol

just google GTA san Andreas downgrade patch and it should downgrade it to version 1. Alot of people have discussed this on the SAPDFR website they may have a direct link to it on there. But be aware that the SAPDFR mod crashes...alot...like every 10 or so minutes lol
