How exactly? Cant find it in popcycle.dat

IDK if this is a LCPDFR script possibility or a IV .dat or .cfg edit, but I would love to be able to restrict a vehicle to only police use, or to not have it spawn in traffic at all. That way, if I replaced my burrito2 with a LCPD Transport Van, I want it to either spawn with police officers at the helm, or not spawn at all so that no civilians could use it. I would be able to get it through a trainer or through the ini method above

Any fix for the tire tracks that show through the car or the blood that shows through the person (when they're supposed to be on the ground)? I'm using ENB.

Hey, all My textures on GTA IV go south after a while when using Traffic Load. They disappear to nothing but the streetlights, traffic lights, and peds. I've tried the commandline.txt fix to no avail. Any other suggestions?

Would LCPDFR work with GTA IV San Andreas? I know the patrol aspect would work, but I'm concerned about the Call outs, and that introducing a new map may crash the game. Anyone try it out? Anyone plan to make it fully compatible? Here's what I'm referencing to: http://gtaivsa.com/

When using ELS on multiplayer, my cars run fine. But my friends' cars online have lights that are slow to flash. They flash once every second. Anyone know of a fix to make the lights for ELS refresh faster on friends' cars in MP?

I'm running EFLC and ENB Series with Bone's Settings (don't have a link, please look on google). Every time I load up, I get past the main menu, past the loading screens, and can see Luis as he's in his apartment. But you see him for 1/2 a second before the game crashes. And, everything I can see during that half-second is out of focus. Any tips? Or just a reinstall?
