you can always pause and go to mission brief...anyway i think id like to have both so that way if you are in a public place you can mute and still play if i really had to choose i would go with sound....i like the police pursuit mod dispatcher

id like to see the computers be functional at the police station so you can log on to view current crimes or investigate something it would make it more worth while to go to the station instead of just getting health and armor

use traffic load and els v5 it should fix your crashing problems...it works for me anyways i had the same problem you did
