    Well, I downloaded BxBugs123's luminesce mod. Then bumped up this visual settings up to: # Other emissive lights car.defaultlight.emissive.on 580.00 Then on the ELS V8.ini, I changed it to: [ ENV LIGHTING ] Range_PRML = 100 Inten_PRML = 6 Range_SECL = 100 Inten_SECL = 7 Range_WRNL = 100 Inten_WRNL = 7 Range_TKDN = 100 Inten_TKDN = 8 IntMult_Crnas = 1.0 EnvMult_Morning = 0.2 EnvMult_Evening = 0.4 EnvMult_Night = 1.0 If you do change it to this...Just remember to make a back up if you don't like the settings ;)
