  7. It also boils down to the port that Rockstar did for GTA IV...Even without modifications in it...It is pretty unstable. So, when you add mods....Makes it a little less unstable.

  12. Never could stand Gimp for some reason...I am a big fan of Paint.net however(That's probably what I'd use to start making liveries.). Photoshop is fun and easy to use...Once you get how to use it...
