    I think you may have me mistaken for @BlueLine Vibes. But to ask your question: yes it is easy to edit the charges and citations to suit your own gameplay!

    This is a SASP Logo for vehicles based on Oregon State Police's current Logo. I was not able to change the "state of oregon" inside the interior circle due to lack of experience, but did what I could. Enjoy!

    I actually wouldn't mind this feature. Not sure if they would add it to GTA VI, but with R* having the horse mechanics down pretty nicely in RDR2, it would be nice to see it in VI.

    Need to update your LSPDFR and RagePluginHook. Both come in the LSPDFR download. Where did you download your LSPDFR from? DO make sure you are using the manual install.

    Does your custom vehicle have FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICES in the vehicles.meta? I had the same issue with a police bike I installed. I added these flags into the vehicles.meta and now my police bike pulls people over.

To use these liveries YOU MUST have Scorpionfam's [ELS][Addon/Replace][NON/Reflective] San Andreas Highway Patrol Pack 1.0.6. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCITONS IN THE README.TXT THAT IS PROVIDED IN THE DOWNLOAD! I know there are some minor tweaks that I will need to address eventually, but I got tired and wanted to finish the liveries for personal use and decided to release to the public because, why not lol Enjoy!
