Another idea is on your mdt have like live 911 calls coming in you can’t respond but it make immersive gameplay, also on your mdt you could get a call from dispatch saying a domestic or a witness has called to report a crime u look up the person and her pic and address shows on mdt you go to that call assign yourself and when you arrive to talk to the person it’s the same ped as on MDT- 198 comments

Wow this sounds amazing. Would you have 1 dispatcher or different dispatchers to choose from and yes I can see this replacing grammar police if done right, imagine your starting your patrol you click button the program says ok who would you like to be your dispatcher today or you get a random dispatcher not every day is same. Maybe you could have a picture of the dispatcher that is assigned to you on the screen as I say not every day will be the same dispatcher one day you could get a calm person another day you could get a young dispatcher just joined and is nervous
