Arrest Manager 2025 brings back one of the most immersive and useful plugins in the LSPDFR ecosystem — allowing you to call transport units, coroners, jail suspects manually, tow vehicles, and more.

Restored and updated by Sparky81x, this version has been fully patched and modernized for today’s GTA V modding environment. No more crashes, no more broken menus — just clean, immersive custody handling.

📂 Installation

  1. Drag and drop all contents of the plugin folder to your root GTA5 folder.

  2. Or watch the following video as all mods are installed the same way.

 

🔧 Configuration

All features are controlled through Arrest Manager.ini files. You can:

  • Set spawn distances, models, keys

  • Customize tow trucks and coroner models

  • Add or modify jail dropoff locations

  • Disable or enable advanced features

How well is this compared to STP and/or Ultimate Backup? I like the sound of this though.

    This is an updated version of the legacy plugin by Albo1125, which was created before STP and UB existed. 

     

    There's no solid answer for which plugin is "better," since certain features in this plugin may be "superior" to STP, and vice versa. So it is at your discretion to decide which one you want to use.

    @unitedOrange66 is right ... there is no solid answer for which is better. And I've used both of these of outstanding plugins.

    There's some things about STP that I like, but there's also some things about Arrest Manager that I like i.e. arresting five people and having one vehicle show up to pick them up!

    Ok so some things i'm going to remove from Arrest Manager. Reason for this will be, a lot of features in AM was created before LSPDFR got all the updates. Now i see somethings Arrest Manager no longer needs. I will make a post about this once i drop a update for Arrest Manager.

    One new issue I am having. I think we have a conflict. When I detain a suspect there are 2 ways to grab the ped. Shift T is the only one that works that allows me to put a suspect in a car by facing a car door and hitting G. The problem is the suspect keeps getting back out of the car and will not stay in the car most of the time. Second if I grab the ped with LSPDFR "E" then there is no way to put the suspect in the car. This is a problem. The other issue is with the Shift-T command from this mod, the walking animation does not work so your are sliding across the pavement, that said its the only way to get the G option to put the suspect in a car.

    I can't find the  Transport Regions.xml, and Transport World Districts.xml files, i've checked everywhere. I'm unsure on what i'm doing wrong if I am doing anything

    Top image is for devs not users. Bottom image is the files for the root folder of your gta5 folder

    when i call prisoner transport. the suspect get out of their car and come with me.?? why???

    A great addition, thanks for the work. However, I noticed one thing: when I deliver the prisoner, the car returns to its normal state—i.e., full tank, windows up, and so on. Could you adjust this so that the vehicle's state remains the same?

    Hello, I'm still facing the issue I have faced before this update of the mod was released. With the release of LSPDFR 0.4, with a complete overhaul of the mod and a lot of new in-game mechanics, the Arrest Manager did not work for prisoner transport, as the arrested ped was continuously going back to me, and then it spawned inside the cop car, and then spawned outside again. The ped was after that bugged, and you couldn't kill him/uncuff him. I tried your updated version, and unfortunately, the issue persists. Is it something that cannot be fixed? Thx for your help.

    All these mods from sparky are getting replaced into one plugin in soon, I don’t think sparky will be updating these old mods and will focus on the new plugin policer advanced
