The feature you changed previously that handled auto-loading duty is the lspdfr.ini configuration.
When this setting stops functioning correctly or begins randomly spawning you at different stations like Rockford Hills, it usually means your saved character data has become corrupted or mismatched following an LSPDFR or GTA V update.
Step 1: Fix the Automatic On-Duty Setting
To restore the automatic on-duty behavior:
Navigate to your main GTA V folder, then go to lspdfr -> open lspdfr.ini using Notepad.
To ensure the feature works correctly and the game automatically spawns you at a police station upon loading, the parameter PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn must be set to false.
Step 2: Fix the Station Spawning & "Force Duty" Failures
If ForceDuty fails or drops you at random locations, your character's save state is sending bad data to the plugin. Clearing the cache forces LSPDFR to recreate a clean character file:
Go to Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/chars/.
Move all files inside this folder somewhere safe as a backup (e.g., your desktop), leaving the chars folder completely empty.
    Launch the game through RagePluginHook.
Go to a police station, create a fresh character, and set your default department outfit.
Exit the game cleanly to save the new character.
Upon your next launch, the system will read the fresh character configuration alongside the lspdfr.ini setup, automatically routing you directly to Mission Row PD on duty without needing manual console commands.

UpperMidnight reacted to victoriousV11 in Window Tint Values/Diffuse tint values
Here you will find the listed values for the ''diffusetint'' located in the vehicles.meta files. Many people have fount some but not all values (especially the  much requested ''dark smoke'') so i hope that this will bring information and all tints located in the game, to your information and you can use this as a guide when making specific vehicles spawn with a certain tint,
Be advise Window templates would/could interfere with these. which may make them look darker or lighter in game if the selected model has a window template attached.

values below from none to darkest.

    diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" - None
    diffuseTint value="0xAA0A0A0A" - Light Smoke
     diffuseTint value="0x54132C0B"- Dark Smoke
    diffuseTint value="0xcf101010" - Limo
    diffuseTint value="0xD1000000" - Pure Black

If anyone find other window tints as i just fount out there is more please feel free to put them here

UpperMidnight reacted to unitedOrange66 in Bulletproof glass
Below are the flags you could add to vehicle.meta to have "bullet resistant" glass/windshield. Please note that editing vehicle's window collision may be necessary to achieve the intended effect:

    "FLAG_HAS_BULLETPROOF_GLASS"
"Prevents the glass from breaking, essentially making it behave as static glass found on buildings around the map."

    FLAG_HAS_BULLET_RESISTANT_GLASS"
"The vehicle's glass becomes resistant to bullets. The collision ID for windows must be set to ID 122 (strong glass/windshield) for the flag to have an effect."

As others have said, those numbers correspond to color values in the game. The value order goes like this: primary color, secondary color, overcoat, wheel color.

To all you British police LCPDFR'ers out there, I will be creating the Met police sirens for GTA IV - search no more! These will be the proper versions, with all the correct tones matching. I will also be making ones unique to the force and not used by any other, such as the ones found on the older vehicles (53, 06 reg etc.). All sirens should be optimized for GTA IV, and come with a working bullhorn (fully functional, like the vanilla one). Now your blue light runs and police chases should be alot more realistic and immersive!

Here are the ones I have created so far (To see the videos, click on the content links):

    Stirling

Your average Met police siren. Widely used on many units, and still used on some today like the Torneo and Transit vans, and
many ARVs, as well as Robbery Squad.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    Oldskool Style

Classic. Fitted on the older vehicles used by STC, Torneo vans (like the one in the video) and also used by the famous
Robbery Squad (known for dashing around in unmarked mondeos). I dont know the name of this siren.
I think this is the first time this siren has been in a video game, its very rare to find...

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    Premier Hazard

Sort of a reincarnation of the older MetSound siren found in TV shows like The Bill. Found on the Ford Focus IRVs.
Also used on the COLP response cars.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    New Fleet Style

Fitted to the newer fleet (12 & 62 reg etc.). I dont know the name of this one yet. I think its a Whelen.
Found on the Volvo V70s, Vivaro vans, Octavia ANPR, i30 IRVs, some Focus IRVs etc.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    Redtronic

Common Met Police siren fitted to most Ford Transit Station Vans & IRVs, many ARVs & Unmarked Vehicles and some Traffic Units.
Typically heard on a late Friday night.

Also used by the PSNI on their escort motorbikes.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    MetSound

The most ICONIC British police siren ever, that was fitted to all of the Met Police fleet from 1984-2002!
Also featured throughout the UK Police TV Series, The Bill, and the 20 minute Police Camera Action TV special "The Liver Run".

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    Whelen-Woodway Alpha/Beta

The most common siren in London and the UK! Also used by many American police departments and across the world.
Used in some scenes of The Bill as well.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
    BMW 5 E39 Classic Sirens

Classic siren used on the BMW 5 E39 Area Cars that PC Stamp drove in The Bill!

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________
I will add more sirens to here once I have created them, for quick access.

Should be a great compliment to the Met Car & Ped Packs that I made. Its all these little bits that matter in a good game.
If you got any ideas or suggestions feel free to comment in this thread. I will be updating it each time I release a new siren.
  10. Thanks
Open the vehicle.meta and find the vehicle in question and make sure it has:
The flags FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT & FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE. The vehicle class is VC_EMERGENCY.
  11. Love
I know, that's why I said at least set to 1.  :P  I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure even ELS cars have to have a carvariations, even if it doesn't use those exact settings.  The sirensetting is what helps allow it to be able to act as law enforcement.

What is the name of this new car you added?
  12. Thanks
For future reference with addon cars - In the vehicles.meta, if you want the car to be law enforcement, always add "FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE"  to the <flags> section if they aren't already in the meta line. In the carvariations, make sure sirensetting is set to at least 1.

UpperMidnight reacted to PNWParksFan in Coastal Callouts SUPPORT Thread
If you can get a screen recording it would be helpful. Is the crashing happening at some point during the cutscene for dropping off a patient (with the ambulance at the station or at the hospital)? Does it happen as soon as the wheels touch the ground? How gently are you landing?

I have heard rumors that there are some issues in newer game versions with models that were exported from older versions of zmod, specifically with collisions when crashing into things hard. This might be related to that problem, although it's the first I've heard of it. I will try to do some testing myself when I get a chance.

@EvidenceFilm Yes i did, though i replaced the shotgun since i always use the rifle as my backup.

You'll need to find your StopThePed.ini | To do so go here Grand Theft Auto V > plugins > LSPDFR > StopThePed.ini

When you are there find the Realistic Weapon System and replace your shotgun with the following: WEAPON_SAWNOFFSHOTGUN

If you've changed the less lethal shotgun for anything else you can find the weapons models here: https://wiki.rage.mp/index.php?title=Weapons

LSPDFR introduced support for the new POLICE5 and POLGAUNTLET vehicles in the latest build 8757.
In build 8943, LSPDFR added support for 5 more police vehicles.

For most users, you'll appreciate the addition of two new police vehicles that were added to GTA in v3095. LSPDFR has made efforts to incorporate these vehicles into default backup, as well as working around Rockstar limitations which do not allow online vehicles to be used in single player.
This post aims to answer questions around the new vehicles, particularly for users using modified vehicles.

Since patch v3095, Rockstar has added the POLICE5 and POLGAUNTLET vehicles. We do not recommend replacing these vehicles going forward, for a few reasons:
The game will constantly attempt to remove these vehicles. LSPDFR patches this out, but you will not be able to use POLICE5/POLGAUNTLET, even if replaced, unless you are using LSPDFR or another modification that removes these restrictions. Unless the vehicles are correctly replaced, they will still have modkits and potentially undesired meta information applied to them. Liveries may not apply correctly. LSPDFR is designed for unmodified, vanilla games and only uses assets which ship in the game by default - so we assume these vehicles aren't modified and to change this you'll have to adjust agency.xml otherwise.
This however doesn't change the fact that some DLC packs used POLICE5, so please see the FAQs below.

    Here's a small FAQ:

    So what's changed?

What if I don't want to see these new vehicles? I haven't modified POLICE5, I just don't like them!

I've replaced POLICE5 [or another MP vehicle], but LSPDFR is applying weird stock liveries to them! I don't want that!

I'm using another mod that changes LSPDFR backup behaviour, how does this affect me?

I did all this! My POLICE5/[or another MP police vehicle] replacement still isn't working right!
